An explanation
Learn to program and develop, test and optimize your algorithmic trading system in MQL4. This course has no previous knowledge of software or Forex, just the desire to learn and succeed.
In the first part of this course, we will install MetaTrader 4, open a free demo account and learn the basics behind algorithmic trading.
The second part focuses on the fundamentals of programming. Even if you are new to programming, this part of the course will get you started soon. In addition, MQL4 is a C-based programming language and everything you learn in this section can be applied to languages such as C / C ++ / C # / Java / etc.
The third part introduces the design of the trading system and gradually integrates it with the programming knowledge you developed in the second part. Here you will learn how to open your first order through the program you created, and then work with that order to modify or close it as you see fit.
Finally, in the fourth part of the course, everything is put together, where we will combine the idea of a unique trading strategy and turn it into a comprehensive algorithmic trading system. I will briefly show you how to test and improve your Forex robot in the MetaTrader 4 Strategy Tester Tool.
